Terms

A 50% deposit is required by cheque to confirm accommodation, payable to L.Brooker.

A reservation will only be held for 5 days.

Deposits are non refundable.

Check in time is 4pm or later on the day of arrival. Check out time is 11am or earlier on the day of departure.

All accommodation and food must be paid in full by either cash or a cheque with a guarantee card.

Guests leave their vehicles at the property at their own risk.

An extra guest may share accommodation (i.e more than two adults per room) for £15.00 per night inclusive of breakfast.

Children under 10 stay free.

Park View is a non-smoking house.

A discount of 10% on accommodation is given for guests staying longer than 7 consecutive nights. Long term guests must pay their bills on a weekly basis. We reserve the right to invoice weekly in advance.
